Luis Bravo, director/creator of the internationally acclaimed musical, "Forever Tango", is interviewed by
program host Art Sato. Bravo, a classically trained cellist, debuted "Forever Tango" in San Francisco in
1996 where it broke box office records for a touring musical. In 1997-98 it played New York City for over
a year, the longest-running tango show in the history of Broadway. The show features an all Argentine cast
of 14 dancers and 11 musicians in a two-act performance that demonstrates the history of tango and
the course of its recognition throughout the history of Argentine society. "Forever Tango" opens a four
week run (Dec 26-Jan 21) at the Post Street Theater, 450 Post St., in San Francisco.
