"How Radio Was Done" Part 24 (Solo)
In this normally unscheduled edition (being the first Thursday of the month), Psychedelia explodes all over us from Hendrix in the studio, Timothy Leary’s LP, More Marshall McLuhan on wax, 60s radio bloopers, Pink Floyd’s first album, Jeff Beck, Lothar and the Hand People, Quicksilver Messinger Service, Tom Donahue and The Grateful Dead on KMPX, John Cage interviewed on WBAI, and that whole ’67 wave of music which freaked out at the end and turned into noise.
