10 p.m. — Violinist/vocalist Carla Kihlstedt, best known for her role in Tin Hat, performs live in the KPFA studio with her trio, 2 Foot Yard, featuring cellist Marika Hughes and guitarist/percussionist Shahzad Ismaily.

11 p.m. — Don Byron, acclaimed as the premiere jazz clarinetist of this era, renowned for such recordings as The Music of Mickey Katz, Bug Music, and Ivey Divey, visits KPFA for a live discussion of his latest projects: Do the Boomerang: The Music of Junior Walker (on which he plays tenor sax) and A Ballad for Many, a film-related project with Bang on a Can.
