Stephen Kent features live guests in the studio, for the first hour, representing KATHAK at the CROSSROADS, appearing at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts from Sept 28th-30th. Swapnamoy Bannerjee, sarod & Kousic Sen, tabla are two of the finest classical Indian musicians of their generation. They are both from Kolkata and accompany many world class musicians worldwide.
The rest of the program, the last before the KPFA Fall Fund Drive begins, will be a round up of new releases, ticket giveaways and announcements of upcoming events.
