Hamilton de Hollanda’s career as a bandolinista is overwhelming audiences during his current European tour and at present he is considered by European critics as one of the all-time great virtuosos of the bandolim (Brazilian mandolin). He has revolutionized the bandolim by adding a fifth double string to the instrument and changed the way it’s played.
