says she may have been deliberately targeted because of U.S. opposition to
negotiations with hostage-takers

kicking a mortally wounded prisoner in the face and making the arm of a
corpse appear to wave at the camera… the soldiers responsible will not
face criminal charges

President Bush nominates John Bolton a longtime critic of the United Nations
to be the next U.S. U.N. ambassador…. Bolton has shown disdain for the U.N.
