Talks continue in Baghdad’s Sadr City. ..Shiite Cleric Muqtada Al Sadr is
demanding a U.S. pullout from the neighborhood, a condition U.S. military
officials have rejected.

Nurses and other health care workers are set to walk off their jobs at the
Alameda County Medical center tomorrow… .hundreds of jobs are on the
chopping blocks.
