The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating the Phoenix Police Department for potential civil rights violations, following widespread issues in the department as well as the police killing of Jacob Harris. This is is a case that we’ve covered a handful of times on Law & Disorder, but in the latest round of issues, community members say that Phoenix city officials are actively getting in the way of the Department of Justice inquiry, and they’ve had enough.
