Pat Kelley is an educator, advocate and activist who is living with AIDS. She is the Founder and President of A Family Affair HIV/AIDS (AFA) Ministry at Victory Tabernacle Deliverance Temple located in Orangeburg, SC and is currently working to change the state’s HIV criminalization laws.
