Following up on a story we covered when it first broke, the state of Louisiana is sending children to Angola prison – one of the most notoriously violent prisons in the country – where the children prisoners are being tortured. We speak with Elizabeth Weill-Greenberg, Senior Reporter for The Appeal, a worker-led nonprofit news organization.
