Salvadorean President Nayib Bukele has offered to house people who’ve been convicted of violent crimes in the United States after meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in a new Salvadorean megaprison called Cecot. The offer came alongside an invitation to receive deportees from the US.
