The Trump administration is prominisng to strip funding from important permanent housing programs that will keep people off the street. He led the communications and power-building work on the historic Johnson vs. Grants Pass Supreme Court Case. Jesse directs the Housing, Not Handcuffs Campaign, a nationwide movement to protect the rights of people who live outside and secure housing for all.
