My guest Emanuel Nieves with Prosperity Now will discuss the report he has co-authored. Then we’ll turn to one of the nation’s most prominent Latino playwrights, Octavio Solis about his new memoir, Retablos: Stories From a Life Lived Along the Border. Solis grew up in El Paso, Texas, and writes about border-life in a series of poetic vignettes that are hugely relevant in today’s political climate.
