Law & Disorder

Farce of July Special with Corrina Gould, Morning Star Gali & Kalonji Changa

On today’s show, Cat hosts a special Farce of July conversation featuring Indigenous and Black organizers reflecting on sovereignty, liberation, and the ongoing struggle for justice. Guests include Corrina Gould, Chair of the Confederated Villages of Lisjan; Indigenous leader & organizer Morning Star Gali; and organizer, author, and Black Power Media co-founder Kalonji Jama Changa.

Then, we discuss the release of Parent Voices Oakland’s new community report on gaps in care for children with disabilities and the experiences of working families in Alameda County. Annie Banks, Coalition and Community Partnerships Organizer at Parent Voices Oakland, and child care advocate & parent, Bry’Ana Wallace, join the show to discuss the continued fight for affordable, accessible child care.
