This show focuses on forgotten tunes, mostly from the period 1965-1975. However, this is not a sentimental survey of that period. This is simply what ABOT would have done were it around back then- finding music worth hearing and giving it airplay. There are two basic groupings- unfamiliar tunes by familiar artists, and familiar tunes by unfamiliar artists. And yeah, there is overlap, like the Joe Cocker tune later in the show, which is immediately recognisable to most people because it was sampled for a hit single, and because…JOE COCKER.
