Charlie Kirk Fallout w/ Kalonji Changa and Thandizwe Chimurenga

The murder of Charlie Kirk, the racially divisive right-wing podcaster, has caused ripple effects in America’s political landscape. On today’s episode, we’ll speak with Kalonji Jama Changa, organizer, founder of the FTP Movement, and the co-chair of the Urban Survival and Preparedness Institute.  Kalonji is co-founder of Black Power Media. He is also author of the bestselling book, “How to Build a People’s Army” and co-producer of the documentary “Organizing is the New Cool.”  We’ll also speak with Thandizwe Chimurenga
Journalist/author who covered the Oscar Grant trial for the SF Bayview and Oakland Local. Former free speech radio news correspondent, KPFK host and longtime community activist who is co-founder of Black August Los Angeles.

Our Resistance in Residence artist this week is Cheryl Fabio. Cheryl is an Oakland-based filmmaker, writer, and cultural worker whose documentaries spotlight Black resilience, justice, and community.
