ACLU calls out LA Co jails for terrible conditions w/ Elizabeth Weill-Greenberg from The Appeal

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles County and the Sheriffs Department alleging inhumane treatment and overcrowding at the la county jails booking center. We speak to Elizabeth Weill-Greenberg, a senior reporter for The Appeal, a worker-led nonprofit news organization. Elizabeth writes on prison and jail conditions, and wrongful convictions.
