On todays show, we start with our weekly State Terror Rundown segment, and then we bring it home with a focus on the breaking story of 47 Alameda County sheriff deputies have been relieved of their duties after an internal audit revealed they had failed psychological exams required to be an officer. Some of the deputies had failed as far back as 2016 but were allowed to continue working. We are joined by James Burch of the Anti-Police Terror Project and then by Jose Bernal with the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights. We end today’s show with our ongoing segment: Letters From The Inside, featuring words from a prisoner, mailed to this show to be read on air.
