Today on It’s Going Down, we speak with Andrea Rovinsky, who has been reporting live from the streets of Elizabeth City, NC, where people have been out demanding that the city and local law enforcement release footage of the police killing of Andrew Brown, Jr. As protests enter their third week, local government and police have responded by attempted to push people off the streets with curfews, demanding permits, and militarized riot cops.
