On today’s show we speak of Free Speech in Berkeley with guest Harmeet Dhillon, First Amendment lawyer representing Young America’s Foundation and Berkeley College Republicans (BCR) in a lawsuit against UC Berkeley filed yesterday (Monday) because campus administrators do not permit BCR to host Ann Coulter on April 27. We also invited Dan Siegel, civil rights attorney and community leader. He was a student activist during the free speech movement in the 1960’s.
