Then, we talk about the politics of California’s drought with Richard Walker. He is professor emeritus and former chair of geography at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the author of several books, his latest The Atlas of California: Mapping the Challenge of a New Era. Professor Walker is an expert on California Water History and Politics.
