Hours before election results begin rolling in, during this most important of elections, we’ll speak with author David Daley today about how Congressional representation is impacted by redistricting and why President Obama’s announced plan to take on the issue after his tenure is so crucial. And, attorney Lisa Bloom joins us. She was representing the woman known as Jane Doe who accused Donald Trump of raping her at age 13. Jane Doe dropped her suit after receiving many threats. Bloom will remind us of the importance of the sexual assault allegations. And, we’ll take a break from election coverage to return to the site of the most important non-election story of our time – the fight over the Dakota Access Pipeline. Journalist Rose Aguilar will follow up with us about how water protectors continue to be attacked by police.
