Attorney General Loretta Lynch says she won’t overrule the findings of an FBI-led investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server and says she understands her private meeting with Bill Clinton cast a shadow over the probe. Governor Jerry Brown signs six gun control measures into law but vetoes five others.  A new report says one in six people in the U.S. say they have struggled to put food on the table.  A “gavel gap” shows the diversity of state and local judges falls short.
