Take equal parts fiery flamenco, sizzling salsa and mesmerizing merengue; blend with bewitching bossa nova, captivating calypso and scorching samba; stir in tantalizing tango, enchanting cha cha and magnificent mambo; sprinkle with habañero hot hip-hop and simmer to serve up the 27th annual celebration of Carnaval 2005, Memorial Day weekend in San Francisco. Themed "Baila Conmigo – Dance With Me," the two-day Festival begins on Saturday, May 28 and culminates with the breathtaking Carnaval Grand Parade on Sunday, May 29.
