‘Tis always the season to enjoy the cornucopia of Bay Area-based artists. Tonight Sing Out features live performances in the KPFA studio from Parisian accordionist Odile Lavault’s delightful Baguette Quartette, and solo guitarist Sean Smith, whose new “Christmas” CD was included in last week’s New York Times roundup of significant releases.
