Host/producer Nina Serrano interviews award-winning poet and former poet laureate of San Francisco, Janice Mirikitani. Mirikitani is a Sansei/third generation Japanese American. Born in California, she was interned as an infant with her family in Rohwer, Arkansas during WWII. Janice will read her poems and discuss her work.
