Kevin Vance started at KPFA in the ’70s when he was a teenager. In the ’80s and ’90s he hosted early morning music programs, drawing on a diverse and eclectic collection including folk, classical, world, a little jazz and and some rock-and-roll. Longtime programmer Robbie Osman decided to retire and recommended Kevin become the new regular host of “Across The Great Divide” earlier this year.
