Submitted by Janet Kolbren, 9/13/14
Modified by Janet Kobren, 10/17/14
The LSB encourages expanded airing of livestreamed and archived audio-video material using the KPFA video channel on KPFA’s present and future websites. This audio-video material may be coordinated with KPFA’s audio program on FM radio and the website.
Local events can be audio-video streamed in real time and/or filmed by one of several KPFA workers and volunteers currently experienced in this area, and apprentices are especially encouraged to be trained to create and post audio-video livestream footage.
On site audio-video coverage of cultural gatherings, big local news and community events not reported by corporate-sponsored media can help put KPFA in the forefront as a radio media resource at a relatively low cost.

Amendment (J. Kurzweil) Keep paragraph 1 but remove paragraphs 2 and 3. (Not voted on.)
Amendment (D. Landau) Append Whereas to paragraph 2,3 and append Resolved to paragraph 1.
