How can I cancel or adjust my monthly donation?
If you would like to cancel your monthly donation or update your payment information, please log into our payment processing portal (click here). You will need to login with the email address that is listed on your KPFA account. At this time, you cannot increase or decrease a donation amount online. This can only be done by contacting the Membership Department directly – (510)848-6767 ext 265 or [email protected]. You can also contact the Membership Department directly if you need help canceling your monthly donation or updating your payment information.

I selected a thank-you gift during the last fund drive. When will it be delivered?
We ask donors to give us 6 – 8 weeks after each fund drive is over for thank-you gifts to ship. We are a very small team working diligently to order, package, and ship gifts as quickly as possible.

I am having trouble making a donation through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), Donor Advised Fund (DAF), or employee match. What can I do?
