Amelia Barili, instructor in yoga & gigong, offers free online workshops on Saturdays to help relieve anxiety and stress .
In addition to her Saturday classes, Dr. Barili holds a weekend session on June 19 & 20: “Re-Discovering Joy with Yoga and Qigong.” The weekend session will help participants let go of anxiety and fear as well as cultivate inner peace and a deep sense of joy.

The free ongoing Saturday workshops share easy practices from Classical Yoga, and Medical Taoist Qigong to de-stress, boost, and balance the immune system, strengthen the lungs, develop resilience, recover from trauma and chronic pain, and turn challenges into opportunities for renewal and inner growing.
The one hour sessions include meditation, release points and gentle moves.
There’s a brief period after the session for questions and comments.
Everyone is invited to participate.
There will be a class in Spanish at 11am and a class in English at 2 pm.
