The summer Contra Costa Crystal Fair takes place August 9 and August 10.
The fair includes over 35 vendors with minerals, crystals, beads, and jewelry, as well as purveyors of metaphysical wonders. Fun for the whole family.
Free admission for those under 12 years of age. One admission is good for both days.
The Crystal Fair site is at 1375 Civic Drive at Broadway in Walnut Creek. Saturday hours are: 10am to 6pm. Sunday hours are: 10am to 4pm.
