On Saturday, February 21, from 2pm to 5pm, producer Arif Katib presents “Rebirth of a City,” the story of the Honorable Nathaniel Bates.
Nathaniel Bates is the nation’s oldest elected official and one of the longest serving African American politicians in the United States.
