here is an offering to help you experience a moment of peace.

Amelia Barili is offering 2 complimentary classes as a way to ease your burden at the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery, 2304 McKinley Ave, near Downtown Bart station. They will be on November 28 & Dec 5. (2 Monday nights, 7:30 to 9pm).

In these 2 complementary classes you will learn easy and effective practices to cultivate inner peace and clarity. No previous experience with meditation is required.
