Yoga & Qigong instructor Amelia Barili continues to offer a free one hour workshop via Zoom every Saturday. These workshops are designed to de-stress, as well as boost & balance the immune system. Anyone can practice these techniques to increase his/her wellbeing. They have been tested for thousands of years and found very effective to support good health and cultivate balance and inner peace. They come from Classical Yoga and Qigong, and have been confirmed by the most recent studies of Neuroscience.
