BACK TO THE WAY THINGS WERE

Nostalgia Ain't What It Used To Be - In Parks Now through September

When: September 5, 2022

Where: Bay Area Parks

20220905 20220905 America/Los_Angeles BACK TO THE WAY THINGS WERE

You can join the Tony award-winning San Francisco Mime Troupe as it opens for its 63rd season of free shows in Bay Area parks with their 2022 show - “Back to The Way Things Were” - Nostalgia Ain’t What It Used to be.

As middle-aged liberals Ralph and Alice wistfully yearn for the “before time” when things seemed normal, but for their twenty-something daughter who grew up in a world of climate change, housing crashes, student debt, and so forth - there is no “better” time to go back to.

“Back to the Way Things Were-” is performed in the characteristic and unique quick-change, singing and dancing, political style of the SF Mime Troupe.

Performances take place in bay area parks through September 5. For a complete schedule visit sfmt.org or call 415-285-1717.
