SMA Support Mates Program

There is a flyer that has a bold, bright design with blue, purple, and black sections. At the top, large white and blue text reads: “Build a Real Connection. Join SMA Support Mates!”
On the left side, purple text boxes explain the program:

“A virtual program for young individuals with SMA who want more social connection, conversation, and support—on their terms.”

“Each SMA Mate is paired with a compassionate communicator, called a Support Partner, to build a meaningful one-on-one bond.”

“Plus, community-wide events help you connect with the broader SMA Support Mates community.”

On the right, there’s a photo of two smiling young men wearing glasses, one lying down (Justin) and the other leaning close beside him (Derek). White labels on the photo read: “An SMA Mate” and “The Program’s Founder.” A blue box points to the founder with the text: “Directed by someone who deeply understands SMA.”

Below the photo, bold text says: “See all the Details:” followed by a large QR code and a shortened link: https://forms.gle/tdDS1iVPa27tbooq5
