The California Budget and California Prisons with Hadar Aviram, Associate Professor, UC Hastings College of the Law, then takes a look at Homeless People and Mentally Ill who will deeply suffer in City Budget Proposals. Followed by Andrew Bacevich, Prof. of History and International Relations at Boston University and retired US Army Colonel, who discusses his book “The Limits of Power: The End of American Exceptionalism”. In the second hour Cristina Page, author of “How the Pro-Choice Movement Saved America: Freedom, Politics and the War on Sex"  analyses the murder of Dr. George Tiller. Wrapping up the program Jane Smith talks about her book, “ The Garden Invention: Luther Burbank and the Business of Breeding Plants”.
