There will be a KPFA special meeting delegate assembly Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 11 AM at 1929 Martin Luther King Jr. Way concerning a motion to remove and replace a Pacifica National Board Director. It will include an executive session due to consideration of proprietary information, other matters requiring confidential advice of counsel, and/or involving financial information obtained on a confidential basis. This meeting is wheelchair accessible.
