July is the month of national holidays: July 1st-Canada, July 4th-U.S.A., July 9th-Argentina and July 14th-France. Today’s program will celebrate Bastille Day by featuring music from France with highlights from 2006 recordings by Juliette Greco (Feb. 7, 1927) and Henri Salvador (July 18, 1917) both of whom are still performing in public.
