Richmond Main Street presents the 13th Annual Spirit and Soul Festival.
The festival takes place on Saturday September 18.
From 2pm to 3pm there’s a free live streaming broadcast.
From 2pm to 4pm there’s a VIP watch party at El Garage, located at 1428 Macdonald Avenue in downtown Richmond. At the VIP party you can enjoy the virtual broadcast, fabulous food, libations, prizes, and an exclusive after-party performance by the 1st Avenue Revue.
