David Lewis, executive director of Save the Bay, will give an overview on their ongoing work.  Save the Bay is the largest regional organization working to protect the San Francisco Bay from over-development and pollution since its inception in 1961.  Lewis will share information regarding the June 2016 ballot measure that would raise $500 million over 20 year to fund Bay restoration projects.
The talk is part of the environmental concerns speaker series of the League of Women Voters Berkeley Albany Emeryville.
