In the second hour “Is the Climate Change Bill in Danger of Being Ineffective” a conversation with Jesse Jenkins, Director of Energy and Climate Policy at the Breakthrough Institute. Wrapping up the program a repost back from Reese Erhlich, a freelance journalist just back from Iran.
