Then gets a report on the Vehicle License Fee and the California budget crisis from Christopher Martinez. Followed by a conversation with Paul Starobin, author of “After America: Narratives for the Next Global Age”. In the second hour “Is the Climate Change Bill in Danger of Being Ineffective” a conversation with Jesse Jenkins, Director of Energy and Climate Policy at the Breakthrough Institute. Wrapping up the program a repost back from Reese Erhlich, a freelance journalist just back from Iran.
