The Salvation Army is having a COVID-19 Emergency Drive-Thru Food Distribution. This event takes place on Saturday May 16th, from 9 AM to 1 PM at ACTS Full Gospel Church located at 1034 66th Avenue in Oakland. The first 1,000 families to drive through will receive a food box of non-perishable food items plus a $20 Safeway Gift Card. The food and gift card have been donated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. You will need a form of identification just to eliminate duplication but no one will be turned away.
