The Oakland Museum of California offers the following events during the month of July.
On Friday, July 11 there’s live music by Raye Zaragoza along with an Afro dance lesson.
On Saturday, July 12, a member tour features women artists of California. You can enjoy a deep dive into the background of some of California’s best – and least known – women artists.
On Sunday, July 20, you can experience a multi media performance about one woman’s inner revolution as she struggles to understand what it means to be born into the Black Panther Party.
