The Cal Performances at Home Spring season presents Illuminations: “Music and the Mind” with soprano Renée Fleming accompanied by Robert Ainsley on piano, to offer insight into music’s untapped potential for healing and transformation.
Renée Fleming’s recital is a combination of discussion and performance on the relationship between music and the human brain and includes excerpts from conversations with leaders and practitioners working at the intersection of music, neuroscience and healthcare.
