Amelia Barili presents a series of 12 classes that teach easy and effective healing and centering practices from Yoga and Qigong to relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia and to foster self-healing and inner peace. (Not asanas). Classes take place at the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery, 2304 Mckinley Avenue (corner with Bancroft Way), in Berkeley, on Monday Nights 7:30 to 9pm
No previous experience required. Anyone can practice them.
The classes provide traditional Taoist and Yogic contemplative techniques to cultivate integration of body, mind and spirit, and to foster blissful clarity and healing. The time spent practicing these simple and remarkably effective techniques will be returned and multiplied by your growing ability to overcome challenges, live fully–even in the face of uncertainty–and experience balance and well being.
