The Dance Mission Theater presents D.I.R.T. (dance in revolting times). Their online presentation “Harriet’s Gun” insists on a commitment to change.
D.I.R.T. Is a social-political dance festival with world class artists from around the country; This performance happens close to the anniversary of the deaths of Rodney King and Breonna Taylor.
“Harriet’s Gun” transforms historical and present day trauma into sovereigny, grace, and forward motion. It is an opportunity for all of us to construct a portal for spirit to enter. It is a space for us to get and give. The performance takes place on Saturday, March 13, at 5pm.
