Friends of Negro Spirituals presents is second community meeting of the year along with a program entitled “Passing on Negro Spirituals to Children, Youth and Adults: Keeping the Story Alive”. The event takes place on Saturday, April 16, from 12:30pm-3pm at the West Oakland Library, 1801 Adeline Street in Oakland.
