On Friday, September 9, the free Rock Against the TPP concert will feature actress Evangeline Lilly, and legendary New York hip hop group, Dead Prez, ex- Dead Kennedys punk singer Jello Biafra, Grammy winning LA Latin rock band La Santa Cecelia, Bay Area indie rock project Built for the Sea, Puerto Rican vocalist Taina Asili, folksinger Ryan Harvey, riot-grrrl singer Bonfire Madigan, and others.
On Saturday, September 10, at 1pm a teach-in will feature experts and local organizers.
Rock Against the TPP is organized by Fight for the Future, an internet freedom group, Friends of the Earth, the Communications Workers, Public Citizen, Citizens Trade Campaign, Sierra Club and others. All events are free.
