The Bay Area Jazz Society holds a benefit concert for Bay Area Music Critic, Lee Hildebrand, who recently experienced a disabling stroke. Mr. Hildebrand has written for the Oakland Tribune, the Bay Guardian and is one of the founders of the East Bay Express.

The event features artists Calvin Keys, Professor David Hardiman, Faye Carol, Terry Odabi, the Braxton Brothers, Rhonda Benin, Lady Biance, Fred Ross and Lenny Williams and takes place on Thursday, May 24 at Geoffrey's Inner Circle, 450-14th Street in Oakland.
